RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide reception coverage, answering phone, distributing mail, arranging couriers
· Make travel arrangements for a busy team; attend to travel changes and cancellations
· Other office support duties including making coffee in the morning, preparing boardroom for meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of office environment
· Assist with posting on social media
· Prepare and make bank deposits
· Prepare and process trust transfers
· Post disbursement expenses
· Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts
· Communicate with vendors when issues arise with billing or service
· Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate records for required retention periods
· Manage all transactions in accordance with the Law Society rules and regulations
· Assist our social committee with planning events, making bookings, supply shopping
· Opportunity to assist with legal assistant duties if interested
