Alena is a dedicated legal professional who completed her Legal Studies Diploma in February 2025. She brings a strong interest in history and human rights law to her practice, grounding her work in advocacy, integrity, and continuous learning.
Beyond her legal career, Alena is an active leader in Vancouver Island’s female sport community. As the Head Coach of the Caged Athletics Premier Softball Program, she is passionate about empowering young women to pursue post‑secondary education while excelling in the sport they love. A strong advocate for women in sport, Alena champions equity, visibility, and long‑term development, striving to create the same opportunities for female athletes that men have historically received.
Alena is a collaborative team player and is excited to support her colleagues in any way she can. She is dedicated to contributing meaningfully to a team that actively advocates for Indigenous communities and supports equity, understanding, and lasting change.
Outside of the office, she maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and thrifting.
